Almost every crypto casino greets you with a big percentage. The percentage is the easy part. The part that decides whether a bonus helps you sits in four rules further down, in the terms, and most players discover them after they have deposited. This page takes them one at a time, with the arithmetic, and ends with the rewards that stay worth having after the first month.
The four rules of any bonus
1. Wagering
Wagering tells you how many times an amount must be bet before the money becomes withdrawable. It is written “x35”, “35x” or “35 times”.
You also need to know what it applies to. Two possible wordings:
- Wagering on the bonus: bonus 100 USDT × 35 = 3,500 USDT to bet.
- Wagering on bonus plus deposit: (100 + 100) × 35 = 7,000 USDT to bet.
The same figure, x35, means twice as much play in the second case.
2. The maximum bet with an active bonus
Almost every bonus limits the size of a single bet while wagering is unfinished. A bet over the limit can void the bonus and everything won with it. The limit is usually small, a few dollars or the equivalent, and easy to break by mistake in an original game where the stake changes with one click.
3. Game contribution
Not every bet counts the same towards wagering. A typical table looks like this:

At 10% contribution, a 10 USDT bet cuts the wagering by only 1 USDT. If you mostly play live games, an x35 bonus can be practically impossible to finish.
4. The deadline
The bonus expires if the wagering is not completed within a set number of days. The bonus amount and any winnings from it disappear on expiry. The deadline can be 7, 14 or 30 days.

A full worked example
Let us use round numbers. You deposit 100 USDT and receive a 150% bonus, so 150 USDT. Wagering x35 on the bonus.
- Amount to bet: 150 × 35 = 5,250 USDT.
- You play a slot with 96% RTP. The expected loss on every USDT bet is 0.04 USDT.
- Expected loss over the whole wagering: 5,250 × 0.04 = 210 USDT.
- Starting balance: 250 USDT. What remains on average after wagering: 250 − 210 = 40 USDT.
The average is not a promise. Some players finish the wagering with much more, most with less or nothing. But the arithmetic shows something important: a big bonus with heavy wagering does not double your money; on average it consumes almost all of it during the wagering. A slot with lower RTP makes the sum harder still.
Packages spread over several deposits

Rakeback, cashback, VIP: the rewards that last
After the first month the welcome bonus is used up. What remains are the rewards tied to play:
Rakeback. The casino returns part of the house edge on every bet. An example: you bet 2,000 USDT on games with a 2% edge. The house edge on those bets is 40 USDT. A 10% rakeback means 4 USDT back, usually with no wagering. Rakebit builds its whole offer on this principle.
Cashback. A share of your net loss over a period, often weekly, comes back to you. It is only calculated if you lost; after a winning week you get nothing.
