Bitcoin casinos: how to deposit, play and withdraw in BTC
Coins · Bitcoin
Bitcoin is the coin every crypto casino accepts. That does not make it the cheapest: network fees, confirmations and a price that moves while you play all change the sums. Here are the Bitcoin casinos from our ranking and what to know before your first BTC deposit.
Bitcoin was the first coin accepted by online casinos that no longer asked for a card, and it has stayed the common currency of them all. There is no crypto casino without Bitcoin in the cashier. For the player that is both an advantage and a trap: it is easy to find somewhere to play, but the cost of a small deposit and the movement of the price can matter more than any bonus.
Below are the Bitcoin casinos from our ranking, with the most useful fact from each one's terms, followed by everything about BTC itself: network, fees, confirmations and what it means to hold your balance in a coin whose price moves.

Why Bitcoin is different at a casino
Three properties of Bitcoin change the way you play.
The fee does not depend on the amount. The Bitcoin network charges for the space a transaction takes up in a block, not for the value sent. Send 20 euros or 20,000 euros and the fee is about the same. On a 20-euro deposit, a 2-euro fee is 10% gone before your first bet. On 2,000 euros the same fee is negligible.
Confirmations take time. A new block arrives on average every ten minutes. Bitcoin casinos credit a deposit after one to three confirmations, depending on each one's rules. That is not the casino being slow; it is the rhythm of the network.
The price moves. If you hold your balance in BTC, your winnings are measured in BTC. You can end an evening up in Bitcoin and down in euros, or the other way round, purely because of the price.
How to deposit Bitcoin at a casino
- Open the cashier and choose Bitcoin (BTC). The casino generates an address for you; some also show it as a QR code.
- Check the network. For Bitcoin the standard network is the main one (sometimes labelled “BTC” or “Bitcoin”). Do not send “wrapped” BTC from other networks, such as BEP-20, to a native Bitcoin address.
- Copy the whole address and check the first and last characters after pasting it into your wallet.
- Choose the fee. Wallets usually offer a slow, a normal and a fast option. Normal is enough for a deposit.
- Wait for confirmations. You can follow the transaction by its ID (TXID) in any block explorer.
Bitcoin addresses generated by a casino can change after each deposit. Take the address from the cashier every time.
Bitcasino.io runs originals, a live casino and over 120 providers. Its withdrawal cap is written into the terms: 1,000,000 USDT per week, clause 6.10.
How to withdraw Bitcoin
A withdrawal is the same operation in reverse, with two differences. You write the address, so a wrong address is your mistake. And the network fee is usually deducted from the amount withdrawn, while some casinos add a fixed fee of their own, shown in the cashier.
Before a large withdrawal, read the cap in the terms. Among the Bitcoin casinos on the list the differences are big: Bitcasino.io publishes 1,000,000 USDT per week, Rocketpot 5,000 USD per month. Vave pays wins above 50,000 USDT in equal instalments. An amount over the cap is not lost, but it is paid over several periods.
Documents can be requested at withdrawal, not at deposit. If the terms state a threshold, it is worth knowing in advance. What we found for each operator is in the table on the home page.
Lightning: small payments, small fees
The Lightning Network is a layer built on top of Bitcoin for small, fast payments. Its fee is a fraction of the main network's. For a player who deposits small amounts it is ideal, with one problem: few casinos accept it.
If Lightning appears in the cashier, you will get an invoice (a long string starting with “lnbc”) instead of an address. You pay it from a Lightning wallet. If the option is not there, do not send via Lightning to a main-network address; the payment will not arrive.
Bitcoin or USDT?
There is no answer that fits everyone. Here is how the two compare at a casino:
| Bitcoin | USDT | |
|---|---|---|
| Balance value | Moves with the price | Pegged to the dollar |
| Fee on a small amount | Can be high | Low on TRC-20 |
| Networks | One main, plus Lightning | Several: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20 |
| Wrong-network risk | Low | Higher, the network must be chosen |
| Accepted by | Every casino | Almost all |
If you already hold Bitcoin and play medium or large amounts, a Bitcoin casino saves you a conversion. If you start from euros or lei and want to know exactly what is in your account, USDT casinos are simpler.
The Bitcoin casinos on the list, briefly
Vave accepts Bitcoin alongside Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Dogecoin and TON. It is the only casino where we have withdrawn real money, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, without being asked for documents. Details in the Vave review.
Bitcasino.io was designed around Bitcoin from the start, hence the name. It has the highest rating in the ranking and the highest published cap.
Bitsler and DuckDice are among the oldest Bitcoin gaming sites; both started with dice and keep their originals up front.
Metaspins, Rainbet and Rakebit take Bitcoin in a wide cashier of 8 to 15 coins, useful if you want to switch coins later without switching casinos.
Rocketpot, Crypto.Games and Bspin complete the list. Rocketpot has the lowest published cap, 5,000 USD per month, so it suits smaller stakes better.
DuckDice puts its own dice first in the lobby; the cashier takes 10 coins at the time of reading.
Buying your first Bitcoin
If you have no Bitcoin, the shortest road runs through an exchange: open an account, pass the exchange's own verification, deposit money by card or transfer and buy BTC. Then send it to the address in the casino cashier. The steps, with the mistakes to avoid, are in how to buy crypto.
A practical tip: buy slightly more than you want to deposit. The exchange's withdrawal fee and the network fee come out of the amount, and a deposit below the casino's minimum may not be credited.
Playing in Bitcoin with a limit
A BTC balance makes it harder to track what you have spent, because its value in your own currency changes by itself. Set your limit in euros or lei before depositing and note how much BTC that is. Use the deposit limits in your account where the casino offers them. For advice and free support, Joc Responsabil is always available. Gambling is for adults over 18 only.
